Remove salt, oil, and grime built up and algae. Pricing: $150 and up (standard 2-4 car driveways). Larger or wrap-around drives quoted on-site. Walkways are measured and priced by square footage with a 100$ minimum.
House Siding
Safe soft-washing for vinyl, aluminum, and wood siding. We kill algae and mold without damaging your home's exterior. Pricing: $250-800 (average ranch or 2-story home). Larger homes are priced by square footage; free estimates provided.
Decks & Patios
Deep cleaning for wood, composite (Trex), paver patios and concrete structures. Prep for staining or just refreshing your outdoor space. Pricing: $100-300 and up depending on square footage and materials/solution used.
Fences
Brighten up weathered wood or vinyl fencing. We remove the grey oxidation and green moss. Pricing: $150 – $400 (based on length).
Gutters
Exterior brightening to remove 'tiger stripes' and interior debris removal to ensure proper drainage. Pricing: $150 – $200 (stand-alone or as an add-on). Larger and complex jobs will require a free quote.
Bundle & Save
Book Siding + Driveway or Deck and take 15% OFF the total. Custom & Hourly: $75/hr for specialized tasks like heavy machinery, retaining walls, or walkways (2-hour minimum).

FAQ
What is the difference between power washing and soft washing?
Power washing uses high-pressure water to blast away heavy stains on hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low-pressure water combined with specialized cleaning solutions to safely remove mold and algae from delicate surfaces like siding and roofs without causing damage.
Do I need to be home for the service?
No. As long as we have access to a working exterior water spigot and all windows and doors are shut, we can complete the job while you are away. We will send you before and after photos and an invoice once the work is finished.
Will the cleaning solutions hurt my plants or pets?
We take great care to protect your landscaping. We pre-soak all plants with fresh water before, during, and after the cleaning process to dilute any runoff. Our solutions are biodegradable and safe for pets once the surfaces are dry.
How often should I have my house or driveway washed?
For most Rochester homes, an annual cleaning is best to keep lake-effect grime, salt, and algae from building up. At a minimum, we recommend washing every two years to prevent permanent staining or damage to your siding and concrete.
